Each Bollard Loudspeaker includes an easy to bury integrated subwoofer. This 6.5" woofer, which ports just below the acoustic lens, adds significant bass for its relatively small size. The real magic is when you combine two or more Bollard Loudspeakers in one area. This network of low-end drivers produces consistent deep bass at a manageable volume all around your yard or garden.

360-DEGREES OF SOUND

The Luxury Landscape Bollard also utilizes a 4" and 1/2" down-firing driver that disperses in either 360-degree or 180-degree patterns. This way, the low and high frequencies cover the same amount of area with virtually no difference in sound quality, regardless of your orientation to the sound system.

ALUMINUM SLEEVES

We use durable fluorocarbon coatings to finish our high-quality aluminum sleeves. This method delivers resistance to moisture, heat, and the sun while maintaining the aluminum's natural beauty. Both sleeve styles are available in three colors, natural silver, black, and bronze, and have a five-year warranty.

Architects’ and Engineers’ Specifications

The loudspeaker will be a two-part system utilizing one 6.5" bass driver encased in a burial chamber that ports above ground, a 4" full-range driver and a 0.5" PEI high-range driver that fire downward into a silicone acoustic lens that distributed the sound between 180 and 360-degrees. The loudspeaker will be designed for partially buried outdoor installation. The loudspeaker will have a 70/100v transformer with maximum tap settings no greater than 50w. Each loudspeaker will have a bandwidth of 48 - 18KHz and a sensitivity rating of 90dB. The input connection will consist of four conductors, two for the full-range satellite and two for the subwoofer. The above-grade portion of the loudspeaker will be treated aluminum, slotted completely around the acoustic lens and low-frequency port. The loudspeaker shall be the Bollard Loudspeaker LSB64 from Origin Acoustics.
